It's not a cup that does the trick. Rodeo men -- there may be an
exception -- as a general rule do not wear cups of any kind.

What makes the "package" is their chaps. The chaps outline the "basket" and
the strap that connects the two legs of the chaps rides low, on the pubic
bone, just above the "package" creating the view that you see.

If I tried to ride a bull, my cremaster and dartos muscles
would contract so strongly my nuts would be screaming.

Seems to me all a bull rider would need would be a tight
jock or suspensory.

It's those tight, boot fit jeans. They are meant to
compliment the male physique.
