Hi there...Are there any diagnostic tests that will rule out
or confirm whether or not I have Descending Perineum Syndrome?
Whenever I'm on the toilet trying to have a bowel movement,
it always feels as if there is some left. I never seem
to empty my bowels completely, and further evidence of this
is that my underpants are often stained brown and sometimes I
tend to smell as well (Which is why I think I may have fecal incontinence)
According to a book I was reading,
Descending Perineum Syndrome feels as if you're trying to get
toothpaste out of a tube but you're squeezing the wrong place.
In fact, when I strain to get more stool out, stool that I know
is "there", I feel some discomfort in my lower back, and it
definitely feels as if my efforts are being misguided, do you
know what I mean?
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
