How is now? Did you get a replacement doctor or are you feeling any better?
Thanks for the tip on the tart cherry juice, it might be my imagination but I think it did help.

I hope the juice did help.  I know it works for me.

I went and saw Dr. West.  We hashed out our differences and all in all, it was a pretty good session.  He ordered my bloodwork and talked me into an endoscopy, which I'm having Thursday.  I hate those procedures!!!!

We were talking about my aim to move out West (Idaho), and he told me years ago he got a speeding ticket in a town in Idaho.  He said, "Little old cow town, I bet you never heard of it."  "What town, Dr. West?"  "Jerome."  "I used to ride my horse down Main Street in Jerome."

The bloodwork all came back looking pretty good.  VL was, of course, undetected.  Ammonia is all the way down to 18.  The ones that were high were only slightly high, and basically they told me I have liver disease.  So, assuming I don't have varices, life is looking up.  My back's still killing me, but I wouldn't know what to do with myself if something wasn't broken.

sounds promising. Did he give any tips for your backpain?
If I didn't know you already took vitamins I would recommend vitamin B
Hope you will get all well one day. Strength thursday with that nasty
procedure.

I asked him if he could fix it, and he laughed and said, "No." Once I
get through with the procedure tomorrow and move a very needy little
foster dog I have (hopefully Monday), I'll tackle the back issues.
