I use tubes from Lloyd that have an enlarged end that go into the
earmold. After cutting to length I boil some water to heat the TIP of
the tube, then push it into place. Be sure you are not trying to put the
tube into the vent.
They cool quickly, then will not slip out.
The straight end of the tube slips onto the outside of the tip of the
aid itself, and the heat helps that as well. However, I cut down the
very tips of a small pair of needlenose pliers to facilitate enlarging
that end.
Once the water is hot I can change a tube in under a minute, start to
finish.
