1 can chick peas (14oz)
1 bulb Garlic (entire bulb)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2c tahini paste
1/2c olive oil
Can allergies to any of the above cause cold like symptoms?
The olive oil is the least likely allergen, everything else could
certainly do that. Chickpeas are less often allergenic than other
legumes, probably because they've been in the human diet for such
a long time.
Sniffles are pretty mild compared to some of the manifestations
of sesame allergy people get.
With so few ingredients it should be easy to track down the
offending substance. When you find it, you will probably be
able to substitute some culinary equivalent for it.
Lots of garlic making your nose run isn't necessarily a sign of
allergic reaction.
(And good for you, making it from basic ingredients).
