Hi Julianne,
I have a question. You say that you get *sick* but don't specify.
I'm curious, because I have been wondering if I have a problem with
dairy products. I have always drank milk, and eaten yogurt, but I
have notice abdominal pain ----LOTS of pain, very intense --- after
eating dairy. I can't understand it, because I have never made a
connection before. Is that symptomatic of lactose intolerance.
I feel really ignorant, but the only person I've ever known who had a
problem with milk gets sick to his stomach and throws up. That's not
what happens to me at all.
Thanks to you, Julianne, or anyone else who can help.
Linda
