k, we copying this from an email we sent. is a cool thing we saw while
walking...
I get further down and there's sillouettes again and much higher up. I
watch and think they are the ravens again. they start bumping eatch
other. cool. I've seen the ravens do that before and it was way cool.
suddenly the two sillouttes merge. locked talon to talon they go
plumetting way fast down below the tree line. as they go down the
light hits them and I see white heads. eagles!!!!!!
I watched and watched but I didn't see them come back up above the
tree line. I assume they landed somewhere to finish their courtship
activities. I've seen eagles fighting before and this definitely
wasn't that. me being the geek I am double checked and sure enough,
eagels can be found mating in november.
