Thank you so much for updating me on these conventions. It was kind of you and
we appreciate it that people here are kind in answering questions and not
putting us down for ignorance. It is so remarkable that children are gifted in
having questioning minds but so quickly that is lost. Here on ASD we can
reclaim so much of what was lost and usually be safe in doing that.
We like the terms sie and hir very much. Years ago (age is beginning to show)
there was an article in Ms. Magazine about using te for he/she and ter for
him/her. We are glad that the computer age is at least being more egalitarian.

Like "ze" and "zyr", presumably... since "Xerox" is pronounced "Zerox".
But I have never heard them pronounced.
