not stupid at all. overwhelmed. you are taking care of the important
stuff in your life. you. your kiddos. you are paying attention to the
people who are most important. asdiss is here for all of us when we
can, if we can. you know.

also always think of you as smart. also extremely compassionate. not
stupid or unaware.

when humans are highly stressed (emotional illness, evl partners, kids
who need love and attention and stability, job pulling on them, just
to name a few!) all things become extremely difficult. you are not
stupid. you are overwhelmed. you are a very very nice and good person.
you have shown that here and it wasn't you being fake.

you are feeling badly about yourself. i know how terrible it feels.
but the feelings aren't the truth. i promise.

do you ever feel like you aren't doing anything right? no control?
making wrong decisions? not being who you are suppose to be? what do you

we got through today, not really want to talk about it yet, but seems
like more stress, not less. maybe need to write out things for evl to
understand. think evl is making it too much for me and now t not here. i
can come to asd. i can write letter to evl and have asd for support.

everybody messes up or does silly things or does things without thinking
sometimes. certainly doesn't mean you're stupid. the thing to do is try
to learn from your mistakes :)
