then i'm trying this cymbalta -- anti-depressant that seems to boost
mood and energy
but i took some hours back when i was exhausted but couldn't sleep --
and i took it and, instead of having energy, i went to sleep almost
immediately after it kicked in.
almost like, when i get to a certain point of exhaustion, i need a
little "kick" to help me get to sleep.
is kinda weird. lotsa diffrent reactions to same things
and at steven's i was allergic to the cat the first few days and then
suddenly no allergy appeared to be in effect at all
umm, ok, welcome to the world of being many.
sometimes the body can be too drained to allow sleep.
like if it's too hungry, it won't let you fall asleep - not a deep
sleep and not for long anyway - because it is worried that the blood
sugar levels will drop and it will go into a coma.
probably true if there's a load of adrenaline or whatever coursing
round you too. need to make that better before you can sleep.
