Two Major Milestones!

Today is day 353 of my diet. I'm on travel in St. Louis, but I'm
confident that my friend's scale is within a pound of my scale at home
and, I think, even showing a pound higher than my scale at home.

So it is with a great deal of confidence that I am pleased to report
that I have now passed below the 90 kg barrier into the 80s!

My weight this morning was 197 lb (89.5 kg), down 78 lb so far.

And... da da! This brings my BMI down below the 40s, below the 30s - to
29.6! So I am "technically" no longer obese and just "overweight"! :)

doug@happy to reach this level before the 1 year anniversary of my
diet!

WTG Doug.....doesnt it feel so great to do something for us that we want to
do......and WOW to 78lbs that is fantastic............i am hoping prob not
this week but next week to break into the 70's i started ww on jan30th at
95.6 (210lbs)and am now 83.3kg(183lbs) i have never stuck to anything like
this before but i just love eating healthier...........

nah i take it as it comes, prob wont as we went out for breakfast this
morning, didnt pig out but ate more than what i normally would have, most
enjoyable though

Same here! Yestereday, I arrived in town at 0750 waiting for a store to
open and right nextdoor was my old breakfast joint. Memories swelled and
then there I was having a spinach and cheese omelette with hash brown
potatoes and whole wheat toast (dry) AND a cup of high octane black
coffee.

I peppered up the omelette and swapped bites between omelet and toast and
didn't touch the potatoes. STILL, shot my diet through the roof in
certain nutrient aspects.

Didn't even walk, dammit!

Most enjoyable, agreed!

i think we do have to break free sometimes Andy, if we dont it can lead to
real bingeing, i feel satisfied now with what i had........
