Hi all,

For Christmas I got my first slow cooker and I'm having a hard time trying
to find some web sites with WW's slow cooker recipes. I was wondering if
anyone knew of any?
Thanks a bunch,

SPOONS

WW Vegetable Soup in your Getting Started Book will work very
well with the Slow Cooker.
You could check some Slow Cooker/Crockery Cookery books in your
library. Substitute some WW friendly ingredients for those old
standards.

I don't know of any Spoons but go to www.ask.com and type in Weight Watchers
Slow Cooker Recipes and you might find some. That's what I do when I need a
recipe--usually find way more than I need!!!

the top tip I can give you is take any recipe you would normally put in the
oven to roast, excluding noodle casserole things, into the SC and let her
rip, roasted chicken and rice with broccoli is my favorite next to pork and
pineapple, Lee

What I usually do is cut up onion, garlic, celery, brown with a spray of Pam
then put rice in bottom and stir around, then put chicken breasts in then
broccoli on top. Fill just to cover with water or chicken broth, cook on
low till chicken is done, take out chicken and stir rice and broccoli, if
rice isn't done turn on high and add more broth if needed, I don't use many
recipes, you can also substitute bulgar or barley instead of rice, and
Brussels sprouts, cauliflower for broccoli, I hope I haven't confused you,
