Well I have been lurking all over other message boards and forums and I am
sure some of you are already aware of this but I thought I'd share it with
you anyway. I brought it up at my WW meeting tonight and everyone there
loved the idea including the leaders.

Some members all over the world are journalling from 5 p.m. to 5 p.m.
because that way they start their supper and evening with full points. They
are forced to journal because they need to know how many points they have
left over for breakfast and lunch the next day. This is great for people
(like me) who start out with good intentions daily and journal breakfast,
lunch, snack and then supper appears to be empty on their journals daily.
(that's me) So today I started this and I will see how it goes. Anyone
already journalling in this manner?

Oh Ya..even with all the cheating this weekend I lost 1 pound. So I am
pretty pleased and am trying to refocus and remotivate myself.

Sounds like a good idea since most eat more at dinner time then at any other
time of the day. Ya do what works for you.

Hmmm.... this is an interesting idea. The only thing I would
worry about is that I've read (and found to be true in my own
experience) that having larger meals later in the day tends to
make me gain more easily -- apparently having a large meal while
your metabolism is slowing down for one's nightly sleep means
the food is burned less effectively and more calories are stored
as fat. However it seems that as long as one is on points, it
doesn't really matter when they're eaten. But I may give this a
try, as I tend to get "the nibbles" after dinner a lot and find
it easier to resist eating during the day than in the evening.
I'll let ya'll know how it works out!

Sounds goo Sisu. I must say though.. I don't think it is intended to eat
more at night but to make you journal your most difficult part of the day.
At least that is how I am looking at it. When it comes down to it.. I still
only have 25 points max in a day. Good luck.

I absolutely love this idea! I am one of those big dinner people and I
don't really care if I have to slide by on breakfast and lunch, as long as I
get a little something in my tummy tum. Thanks for the excellent
suggestion!

Dustin ;-)
