I gained this WI - but I had a big-time "vay-cay" from counting points
over a two week period - so hence the gain. DARN VALENTINES DAY AND ALL
OF ITS CHOCOLATE GOODIES!!! =)
The funny thing is, I avoided chocolate for as long as I could, and
ended up eating sweet tart hearts instead - by the handful. =( Once I
realized what I was doing - I just panicked and ate anything I felt
like for the next two weeks. Smart, huh?
HOWEVER - I am back on track this week - and will be honest with my
points - no excuses! Hopefully I'll lose that 4 as fast as I put it
on......RIGHT!!! Darn German/Italian DNA. I inherited the super slow
metabolism coupled with the big-time appetite.
I've noticed that people are posting numbers with their names - are
these weights, goals, etc?
If so - here is my stuff - current: 188lb goal: 145lb lost: 0

congratulations Joe. You are doing better than me. We are both on week 3 and
my stats are
week one down 3 lbs
week two up half a pound (valentines choc etc)
week three didn't weigh in
a) because I knew I wouldn't like what I saw
b) because I have a really nasty virus and it was raining and I didn't want
to leave the house
OK officially back on track.
