The point to WW is that you learn how it is best for you to eat for a
lifetime. If you love bread you may want to examine if you can eat it and
remain in control of how much you eat. If you can do this I see no problem
why you can't have it if you are getting all of your milk and veg portions
in. I find I go back and forth in the types of things I eat and this works
for me. I will tell you that the biggest factor is that I must eat at the
top of my points for a great weight loss but if I stay at the bottom I
usually still lose just not as much, and by the way, what kind of bread is
