Point Types with weight loss

I would love to hear how people have done as far as losing weight related to
the KIND of points they eat. I LOVE bread and have some very low calorie
very high fiber bread I just love that comes to the 1 point for two pieces.
Is it ok if I eat this daily for it's fiber content, which I REALLY need, or
should I steer away simply because it IS bread?

There is nothing wrong with bread, or anything else as long as it fits in
your points. whole wheat bread is a good source of fiber and carbohydrates
are needed for energy.

I love my bread & have the same as you - either the WW bread or high fibre. I
always have 4 pieces a day, regardless of whether it's the low points ones or
not.

The point to WW is that you learn how it is best for you to eat for a
lifetime. If you love bread you may want to examine if you can eat it and
remain in control of how much you eat. If you can do this I see no problem
why you can't have it if you are getting all of your milk and veg portions
in. I find I go back and forth in the types of things I eat and this works
for me. I will tell you that the biggest factor is that I must eat at the
top of my points for a great weight loss but if I stay at the bottom I
usually still lose just not as much, and by the way, what kind of bread is
