Well, the whoosh fairy passed over Nor Cal this week, maybe she was going to
attend the Asparagus Festival in town.

I had a 3.2 lb loss for a total of 42.8 lbs lost.
Now on to the next mini goal of 44.4 lbs lost (275)

Yes, all the ways of asparagus. They have everything imaginable with the
veggie, deep fried, ice cream, stir fried. I know there are other ways, but
everyone raves about the deep fried the best. Of course I don't like the
