Technical Question !!

Question for all the techno boffins out there. While I've been in the land
of back and beyond where have all my missing messages gone?

Before I realised there was an obvious problem I had posted about 10
messages which according to my Outlook Express had been successfully sent
but they simply never appeared anywhere although in the first 2 days they
did appear on my screen but obviously never materialised to anyone else.

Spoooky or what !!

Is there some strange newsgroup out there intercepting our messages??

We are not alone !!!!!

Sorry I'm being daft. It's just great to be back.

Newbie on board - with Bad Edges and Rust but I'm working on it... I think
there is a newsgroup monitor that posts the messages isn't there? All mine
aren't posted either... that's ok with me. But, I suspect a filtering

I think some newsgroups are moderated.. is that what you mean? I don't
think ours is... but I might be wrong. Sometimes the messages take a few
days it seems to show up... maybe they are just taking the long way around
the web to get here ;)

I believe that moderated newsgroups are controlled by the person who
requested that the group be created in the first place. If it were
moderated, there would be a welcome e-mail that is sent to new people...
and there would be an FAQ... hmmm ... maybe it is moderated... by
JOANIE!!!

Seriously, though... this group is not moderated.
