In the US you just need to calculate the points for what it is you
drink.
In over a year that I've been doing this I haven't had a single week where
I've managed to stay under the 14 point limit. This may be why my weekly
average loss is so low :)

Oh, absolutely :) I'm like Lee - I didn't want to change anything during
weightloss that I couldn't maintain for the rest of my life. Giving up wine
and chocolate to that extent is just never going to work for me!
