CLA Is naturally found in meat and dairy products which alot of times
limited in dieting. In a nut shell what it does is it keeps the fat cell
from doing what they are programmed to do. This keeps them from getting
big.. It enhances the burning of fat and the formation of lean muscle mass.
It is recommended for those who have yo-yoed with their diets. Typical dose
is 500mg before each meal.
