Well, since the last time I posted information on this item it generated a
lot of response, and since I now have some more data, I thought I'd update
the group on my experiences with Metabolic Thyrolean. (I share this
information because when I looked for information about it in the past, I
found relatively little mention of it in the newsgroups.)

Let me begin by saying that I don't make this stuff, sell this stuff, or
have any connection with anyone who does. I simply post this for the group
to see if the info helps anyone. As with all things YMMV. I'm not
necessarily recommending a product, just sharing data.

I do the Low Carb thing as my WOE, and since January 10 of this year I've
lost 76 pounds. In addition to Low Carbing, I do 40-60 minutes of cardio
every day, and do some weight lifting. I also ECA stack.

Begin real information.....
In the past I have taken only my ECA stack and various supplements on a
daily basis. Ten days ago I added Metabolic Thyrolean to that regime.
Although the data is very preliminary at this point, I feel it is having a
good impact on my weight loss.

In the month of March (without the Metabolic Thyrolean) I lost 12#. That's
12# over a 30 day period. That under 3# a week average represented a
slowdown for me since before that I had consistently averaged at least 4# a
week. (The first few pounds came off at a very high rate.)

Since the introduction of Metabolic Thyrolean ten days ago, I have lost 7#.
This gives me a weight loss for 1 week of just a bit less than 5#. If this
same rate continues in the future, then I will lose approximately 20# in the
month of May (versus 12# in March).

It does seem that in my case Metabolic Thyrolean has had a positive impact.
I have noticed no negative side effects. As much as is reasonably possible
all other factors have been fairly constant (I'm eating as much as I always
have, I exercise just as much. The only change has been the addition of the
Metabolic Thyrolean.)

If there is interest, I'll keep the group posted on future progress.

Let me once again state that I pass on this information just to share data
with others who are seeking information. If you want to buy this stuff, I'd
assume that your local GNC or similar store stocks it, as do a lot of the
online stores. I buy mine online from Netrition.

Please do. It's Gold Card Tuesday at GNC, so I'll be wandering over
there if I ever get freed from the prison here at work to check out the
availability of it.

Anecdotally, I found that it did seem to maintain a steady,
moderate fat loss progression, long after the point where I'd
tanked and stalled on previous keto excursions.
