I've never been fat, and now after working in a cubical farm for a few
years I'm starting to get a pot belly. It isn't soft like "fat" tends to
be so I'm assuming its building up behind my abdominal muscles. I do 200
sit ups every morning and they don't seem to work (a little aside, When
I was younger I would do sit ups every day and built abs of steel). I
keep down my calorie intake and work out when I can (3 times week,
3hrs.). Any suggestions??'NYC Liposculpture'
