I am dso tred of the word DIET, I received good diet advice in the
fifth grade back in the late 1930's.

Today Diet equal big bucks. I doubt if the human bldy
has evolved much since then.

On C span we see books toted so much. I like the
channel. But it is obvious most of the books
are written for the money. Easier than being
a sanitation worker. Ghost writers are doing very well.

I don't think diets have changed much since the 1930's either.
What has changed is folks today sit entirely too much on their
arses, watch way too much idiot tube, play too many video games
don't get out and take a long walk, not near enough farmers today,
folks drive everywhere even if it's a mile up the road instead of walking.
kids think the world has fallen in around them if they have to walk 3 blocks
to school! Then folks sit around bitchin' when they gain weight and wonder
just how the hell did that happen!?! And we all know what comes next....
Granted, this doesn't happen to every person who's overweight, but a vast
majority.

The human body is the same... but our knowlege is far far improved since
even the 80's.
The human genome project and computer proccessing anf advances in equipment
has given us much new information.
But we can always learn more.

Of course it is not a diet. The Lord, our GOD, did not put Moses and
the Jews on a diet when the Lord, our GOD instructed Moses that each
person should have an OMER of manna everyday.

The 2 Pound OMER Approach is based on the Lord's, our GOD, APPROACH TO
LIFE

It does require a change of heart which is good for the heart.

Indeed. Educating oneself regarding proper nutrition - requires no
scales.
