I also poseted this on mhd, so you don't hav eto read it twice.
It seems that one of the ED drugs is also benefical for some cardiac
conditions. who knew?

Wendy, ALL of the ED drugs were developed from cardiac drugs. Mainly
ones used in cardiac insufficiency in infants

Side effects are sometimes surprising and welcome ...

Reminds me of the novel Strong Medicine, by Arthut Hailey. A drug to
combat dementia is developed - in the final clinical testing stage, the
elderly subjects are very reluctant to stop using the drug ... turns out
it was also a very effective ED drug, to everyone's delight.

And this was written in 1984, long before sildenafil etc were developed.
