Can anyone point me to a glycemic index foods list in Excel
spreadsheet form, or suitable for import to such a form?

If you have Windows, Internet Explorer 6, and Excel,
you can select a table on a web page and paste it into Excel.

I do not know whether it works on Mac, or with other browsers, or with
other spreadsheets.

Thanks. I had tried it with Firefox and it didn't work.
