Hello,
I'd like to try out Viibryd after having read a lot about it. It's
worth the risk IMHO. I read the literature designed for the
prescribers and it seems to me that Viibryd is a combination of an
SSRI + BuSpar (buspirone) all in one pill.
I was wondering if this is a correct impression. I asked because I
had read about Viibryd much earlier where they were describing it as
an antidepressant that was quite similar to Serzone (nefazodone).
Serzone doesn't really have the properties of buspirone in it; it was
more or less a combination of an SSRI + a tricyclic in its mechanism
of action.
Can anyone clear this up for me? I do like to know a lot about the
med that my psychiatrist is going to prescribe to me before I
actually
start to take it.
THANKS
