You really ought to look up the writings of Dr. Martin Pall. He personally
sent me a complete list of supplements and a treatment protocol for CFS a
few years ago, but I lost it when two hard drives crashed one right after
the other. That's all in his book now. Anyway, here's a quick google link to
a page that talks about his protocol a little bit (it's useful for a
spectrum of conditions, as he believes there's an underlying biochemical
dysfunction which can express itself in a number of different ways):
