Nardil+Lamictal DO I NEED MEDS?

Hi,
warm greeetings to everyone

Sorry if my grammar is a little crappy , I have a cold and its hard to
think right now.

Well this was my first visit to a phychiatrist...
So he gives me Nardil and a packet of lamictal.

he said "work up your dose of nardil ...then follow the lamictal
packet.
BTW has anyone heard of STARTING on nardil

So I go on the nardil....
WHAT A GREAT DRUG
For about a week...

It totally destroyed my need for klonopin and tramadol. For about a
week
i felt REALLY good...
But that quickly changed ,...from happy, to normal, to almost
suicidal.
I thought I would stick it out so I added the lamictal. No imovement,
the combination made
me weak/tired with very brief moments of feeling normal.

So I quit it.....

I used to take acupuncture, with wonderfull results.
If I had enough money I would go 2x a week but cant afford it now.

Whats the point of taking a possibly harmfull drug. When the
acupuncture totally lifted my depression.
woth NO SIDE EFFECTS
Its so unfair........

I almost fell out of my chair when I read this. Nardil can be very
effective, but it is basically never a first-line medication, because of its
potential for side effects.

If acupuncture did the job, I'd call your acupuncturist and ask if you can
work something out. Maybe he/she needs the office painted? Carpet installed?
