Diarrhea associated with sertraline (Zoloft)

Are there any accepted ways of dealing with the diarrhea associated with
sertraline (Zoloft)? Will common Pepto Bismol work?

I don't think Pepto is particularly effective on diarrhea, is it?
Have you tried eating a lot of fiber? Bran cereal and Metamucil type
of drink additives might help. It might pass with time too. Is this
something new? Your body may adjust after awhile.

It's a issue to do with serotonin, since it exists in his bowels as well
as his brain. His dosage routine may need changed.
