I am driving my husband and coworkers nuts with how cold I am all the
time. I am not happy unless the heat is on 84 degrees!
I have a space heater under my desk at work.
My sister the self help person to the extreme, suggested I start taking
Cayenne pepper tablet with garlic to raise my metabolism and make me
warmer.
Am I going to affect my meds, will it actually help, or am I just
ingesting a little curry in a pill at every meal.
Any feedback is welcome.

Dear julez,
I will research this cayenne pepper connection, but raising your
metablism I think would make one feel colder.. Anyway, I am always cold
and eat haot, spicy foods all the time!

Dr. Depak Chopra says that cayenne will increase your metabolism 25%, far

good for weight loss. Maybe it does increase my mania but as long as it's
not too much I don't mind. Need to have energy. right now I'm on a cleaning
binge but that always entails shopping $50 shelf unit when going to buy 3$
bottle of Pine- Sol and new little rugs and so on. But the house is looking
great. clutter in trash when SO isn't looking. Te-he
