Now here's a product that actually works, though it has its limitations.
I'm not a big fan of chemical drain cleaners, since against most stoppages
they don't work. However, in the case of the bathroom sink, Max Gel can be
quite effective, that is, if the blockage is due to mustache trimmings or
the like. Keep in mind, you should always have a drain sieve in place to
catch the long hairs that may find their way into the line. Max Gel is
generally worth a try before you take the always efficient method of
disassembling the pipes.

Perhaps if you gargled with it, you wouldn't have to floss as often.
