Chronic Cold Urticaria - Winter is here... now what?

I have had cold urticaria for about a year now. Lately it seems to be getting worse. This morning it was -2 degrees F outside and I'm wondering if anyone could share some "winter tips" with me. Is there a website where you can buy warm clothes that don't make you look like the stay puff marshmallow man/woman? Any gloves, hats you recommend?

I'm trying to stay positive -- but damn these hives suck!
