I am actively considering how I will rectify my feeling about parents/
kids while trying to run an environmental centre in the future.
At this point I am still thinking out loud, but could I
- have a 'leash law' ( kids supervised 2-1 within 10 feet of an adult)
- have kids workshops, but run by a child-centred employee
- give discounts to snipped people
- have childfree retreats
- promote adult charities
- promote family planning as part of environmentalism
I am eager to get any ideas from this group (understanding that this is
years in the future)

I am intolerant of unwarranted rudeness and inconsideration by anyone,
but am lately noticing that in my personal life, it is mostly parents
who are the main culprits.

I am trying to balance my desire to do all the above while facing the
reality that in the eco-centre my main income (market) and ability to
affect permamnent change WILL involve parents and kids.

Sorry about the oversight, Swan- it was waaaay late when I had this
lightbulb. I agree- the rogue DNA doesn't have a chance if you're gay
OR celibate! I'll correct that in version 2.0. :-)

I would say "parking in stork spot" is more 'assertive CF" than "puts up
with it; perhaps reverse these two?

I think the idea is that you pick something approximate
to the degree of your CFness, rather than going by the
exact description. There are MANY ways of making sure you
don't put one in the oven. The list could never cover them
all explicitly. i.e. "++++" == "no way, no how!" rather
than "celibate" which has nothing to do with CFness.
BTW, wouldn't the "parent" bins be "CF?" or "CF-", "CF--", etc ?
