and remember. those that live by the "Sword" .... die by the sword
we just saw that on Ft. Hood.
War in no way to impose "democracies"
It must be "home-grown"
Hardly a new thing. But don't bother history, it just keeps repeating
itself.

Then there's WWII and Germany, Italy, and Japan.
It's really quite amazing how quickly you have jumped
to the wrong conclusion. Somehow, because it's
soldiers who were shot, it's their fault. But then, your
grotesque biases don't allow the possibility that you
owe something to the US military.
It's just too bad that your worthless hide has to be
saved along with valuable and virtuous people.

I believe Rocket Scientist is a veteran and that you have completely
misinterpreted his idea. RS can correct me here, but I believe that
his use of the phrase, "those who live by the sword shall die by the
sword" refers to the perp, not to his victims.

why, Bob, you are exactly right.
I am a VietNam vet and am surprised we haven't learned the lessons.

I'm not, people are stupid. Geoff miller in particular, who needs to be
murdered...Pete
What lesson would that be?
The shooter at Ft. Hood was openly treasonous on many occasions.
He was known to be attempting to contact Al Queda. He openly
promised death and mayhem for Americans.
Yet he was an officer in the US military.
The lesson here is that political correctness is not a survival
stretegy.
Nothing at all about live and die by the sword.
