I'm not sure this is the case, only because Pasco County's records are
online and don't show anything other than yet another creditor suing Ken
for being a deadbeat. Are you sure this didn't occur in a different
jurisdiction?
Other than the county discrepancy, I would not be at all surprised if Ken
was convicted of something like this. A few years ago, he was falsely
alleging that I had been charged with somethng very similar....and, one
thing I've noticed about Ken is that he often projects his own behavior and=
despicable activity upon others. As examples of this, he falsely claimed
that I had filed bankrupcty and that I was getting a divorce.... although I=
wasn't, it was later revealed that he was the one who had gone bankrupt and=
gotten divorced.

there is a kenneth s pangborn in the same county. he may be the one who was
convicted.
ken r pangborn, there is only one in the county, was sued and lost. the order
of the court is that he defaulted on what he owes beneficial florida inc.
he also has to pay interest, attorney fees and court cost. ken will need to
scam a lot of men to pay the $15,140 in principle, the $6669 in interest, the
$1000 in lawyer fees and the $451 in court costs.
that is a total of $23,260 (not counting change) that he has been adjudicated
to owe.
is it true that to avoid all the misery he has brought upon himself he only
needed to apologize for a false claim he made?
what a fool he is. he has lost everything because he could not admit he was
wrong.
let kenneth robert pangborn be a lesson to all. pride can cause you to lose
everything you have.
ken even had to transfer title of his home in order to prevent anyone from
getting it from a legal suit.

I don't know...haven't seen any records one way or the other. Ken once

And it will be harder for him to do so. Anyone who does any research on
Ken is sure to encounter my web site. And, Ken's attempts to lie his way
out of it, aren't as effective as they once were.

I don't know about all the misery....but for the part of it which has
resulted from my website, yes. I would have walked away if he had simply
retracted a few lies and apologized to me like a man. Instead, he
continued on. And thus, he cost himself thousands of dollars. He admitted=
this week that he lost at least seven potential clients, and also admitted
that $10,000 per client is an accurate figure. Can you imagine losing
$70,000 rather than saying "I'm sorry, sir"?

I know of one person who would probably have a shot at it.
In his desperate attempts to silence me over the years, Ken has scoured the=
web searching for anyone sharing my name (he thinks that anyone with the
same first and last name MUST be me.) He started harassing some guy in
Illinois, posting false claims about child abuse, illegal hacking of
employer's computer systems, and other smears. All because the guy
happened to share my first and last name (but not my middle name....a fact
which Ken knew.) Finally, the guy had enough and filed suit, and got a
default judgment against Ken.
