I reported the Department of Children and Families for being
incompetent fools,
all over the planet, including here, to you, numerous times, and of
course, with
the evidence.
For example, the DCF is throwing out their first petition, because it
was unsubstantiated
lies and nonsense. Lyme disease is a brain disease. I demonstrated
that 1000 times
with the evidence. The DCF says that all means I am crazy. In fact,
that is what
they specifically say to the Judge, when in fact, the DCF could not be
stupider
and can’t even read.
I am disabled from Lyme Neuroborreliosis, and my verbal-auditory
processing and
recall are at more than 2 standard deviations below age-normal, and I
have Multiple
Sclerosis and am Autistic and I am going blind, in addition to other
loss of nerve
function.
DCF insists I am insane, because I am a scientist, I testified at the
FDA, and filed
a RICO complaint about Lyme disease, but they could not bring any
scientists to
kourt to say any of that science is wrong. In fact, the DCF did not
even present
any evidence of what they thought was CRAZY, even among their
“experts”.
The DCF kidnapped the kids on the basis of, if you can believe it,
“NO EVIDENCE”,
and the Judge, Judge John C. Driscoll signed such an Order of
Kidnapping, written
by Patrician Leebens, who did not INFORM the Judge she was looking at
my responses
to the Commission on Human Rights and Statewide Bar Counsel.
Which is of course, illegal.
I pissed off my Psychiatrist because I have an obvious malpractice
suit. The DCF
does not know what he said to the Social Security Law Firm, because in
that, he
flat out admits his malpractice, and he said to me “I
THINK YOU NEED TO BE ON
MEDICATION, I JUST DON’T KNOW WHAT KIND.” After
trying every kind that there
is, except the ProVigil I asked for, 2 and ½ years previously.
Which is a pretty
stupid thing to say, even if he HADN’T tried everything
except the ProVigil.
But here is my complaint: Everyone tells me I won’t get
my kids back, because
I pissed off the DCF.
How is pissing off the DCF, a condition over whether or not I get my
kid back, especially
when the DCF threw out the first petition, and the second petition
asserts I am
crazy to be calling the DCF stupid, and proving it… Example:
The one DCF moron
wanted to know how serious was Lyme disease, when her own dog and
grandfather died
of it, and the other DCF moron says, You could have a bad knee.
Gauvin and Leebens assert that I am insane and dangerous also to be
saying “ROWLAND
NEEDS TO BE IMPEACHED.”
Well, we all know he will be impeached over all this illegitimate
kidnapping, and
the USDOJ Nora Dannehy is up his butt, and is turning the whole
Government of CT
inside down for just such corruption.
The DCF as a kidnapping racket was the Federal Money farm for the
Tomassos.
This was on Rowland’s website, before I made it public
knowledge, and then he
took it off.
Does the following make sense?
"To help protect children, Governor Rowland has hired more social
workers,
moved more staff into the field to work directly with at-risk
children, and made
it easier to remove at-risk children from abusive homes. The number
of children
in new permanent homes has jumped 445 % since 1996, while the number
of children
found to have been abused or neglected has fallen 45 % since 1997."
So, here is the deal, I am exercising my rights, and I pissed off the
DCF, so they
kidnapped my kids and placed them with a known child abuser, and
violent person,
Donald G, Dickson, HOW IS THAT ABOUT CHILD WELFARE?
HOW IS THAT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF CHILDREN?
They, naturally, got every single nitwitness to perjure themselves in
Kangaroo Kourt,
with the one exception, that I was a victim of child abuse, and
Jessica Gauvin invented
for the kourt, that flashbacks and nightmares of abuse mean command
hallucinations,
And that all of that, she said, meant I was going to kill Gauvin the
prosecutor,
when all it really means, is that the Orginator of the False
Allegations, my sister
Nancy Martin, and the persons who abused me, Carolyn Martin and Don
Dickson, and
the Inventors of the False allegations, Carolyn Martin, Donald
Dickson, and Nancy
Martin have not been prosecuted as per Statute, and instead my
children were kidnapped
and given to Donald Dickson, the WELL-DOCUMENTED (with law
enforcement) to be violent
and abusive person and SOCIOPATH.
How is that Child Protection? TOO BAD IF THEY ARE PISSED, They are
adults and
THEY have committed the crimes against children and not me.
Gauvin violated Federal Statute by interfering with my assisting in
the prosecution
of Rowland, and that is not in dispute, because that was written into
the Order

but she now must contend with DCF's charge of neglect for refusing to
take her
son home from the hospital and will have to fight a legal battle in
order for

possibly die, as had two
others, and it was OKAY, with Rowland’s Administration,
that Schoen send my records
to a physician I had never even heard of, Terrance Doherty, and who
Schoen clearly
did not have my authorization to correspond with, and it was OKAY with
Rowland’s
Administration, that Schoen lose my blood test results, and
especially, it was OKAY
with Rowland’s Administration, that Schoen give me my
blood test results before
they were even performed, which was, that they would be negative, when
myself and
my daughters were positive. My oldest child was 25 months, and she
had 7 CDC
bands, and these were different bands from mine, taken one month
earlier. (We lost
a weekend due to my Violent and in other wasys severely abusive
husband, Don Dickson,
being arrested by the Montville Police for Domestic Violence). My 25
month old
daughter’s 7 positive bands were different from my own,
meaning that was her own,
congenital infection (The concept behind needing yearly booster shots
of LymeRIXĂ

He knows Lyme disease
is the epidemic that it is. Clearly he would allow this abuse to go

Conspiring
To Accept Payoffs, Agrees To Cooperate In Corruption ProbeMarch 11,

former top Rowland
administration official admitted Monday that he took gold and cash in
return for
steering multimillion-dollar state contracts, and has agreed to
cooperate with federal
prosecutors in a widening investigation of corruption at the top
levels of state
government.Lawrence E. Alibozek, Gov. John G. Rowland's former deputy
chief of staff,
pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to conspiring to accept corrupt
payments
and hiding them from the IRS. Informed sources said
Alibozek already
has provided information to federal investigators that caused the FBI
to begin investigating
former Rowland chief of staff Peter N. Ellef and a senior official of
the Tomasso
Group, a politically connected construction company based in New
Britain.
The sources said Monday that federal officials are particularly
interested in the
circumstances under which Tomasso was hired as construction manager
for the $53
million Connecticut Juvenile Training School in Middletown.
The school
opened in July 2001 as the centerpiece of the state's juvenile justice
system. The
state Department of Children and Families developed the school to
replace the outdated
Long Lane School for juveniles in Middletown. Alibozek
pleaded guilty
before U.S. District Judge Robert N. Chatigny in Hartford. He was
Rowland's deputy
chief of staff from October 1997 to July 1999. Before that, from
August 1996 to
October 1997, he was deputy commissioner of the Connecticut Department
of Economic
and Community Development. "He considers himself to be a
moral
person and this is a lapse he can't forgive himself for," William
Gerace, Alibozek's
lawyer, said Monday night. "He's devastated and wants the community to
know
that, the majority of the time, he was a dedicated public servant.
He's hoping that
the judge will be lenient and he's glad that probation is a
theoretical possibility.
He's doing everything he can to minimize his sentence."
Ellef,
described by various sources as a subject of the investigation, was
co-chief of
Rowland's staff from 1997 until last spring, when he left amid a furor
over the
state trash authority's loss of $220 million in a deal with Enron
Corp. Ellef was
chairman of the CRRA, the state trash authority, while serving as
Rowland's top
aide. Federal officials are also investigating the Enron deal.
The
Tomasso officer described by informed sources as another subject in
the investigation
is William Tomasso. The sources said Tomasso and Ellef are friends who
have traveled
together in the past. Hugh Keefe, Ellef's lawyer, said
Monday night
that he is not aware of any evidence implicating his client in
wrongdoing.
"I have heard absolutely nothing, after having spoken with Mr. Gerace
and with
the federal authorities," Keefe said. Tomasso and his
Washington,
D.C.-based lawyer could not be reached to discuss the case. The
sources said they
are not aware of any information linking Rowland to misconduct. Two
senior Rowland
aides said late Monday that the governor's office received two federal
grand jury
subpoenas, in November and December, seeking information related to
Alibozek and
Ellef. In addition, the aides, who spoke on the condition they not be
identified,
said the governor's office gave federal investigators information
related to the
Tomasso Group, and affiliated business entities, including Tomasso
Brothers Inc.,
TBI Construction Co., Tunxis Management Co., Tunxis Plantation Country
Club in Farmington
and Tenergy Water LLC. The aides said that federal investigators were
particularly
interested in three major state projects. In addition to the juvenile
training school
in Middletown, those projects are a new parking garage at Bradley
International
Airport in Windsor Locks and the Superior Court and Center for
Juvenile Matters
in Bridgeport. Bridgeport Mayor Joseph P. Ganim is currently on trial,
accused of
splitting $100,000 in kickbacks in connection with the Bridgeport
project. The
initial $27.5 million in bonding for the school for boys in Middletown
was approved
in 1999 and awarded on what was described as an emergency, no-bid
basis. The Rowland
administration rushed to build the new facility after 15-year-old
Tabatha Ann Brendle
of New Britain committed suicide at Long Lane in September 1998. Hers
was the first
suicide at Long Lane in the school's 125-year history, and her death
became a rallying
point for finally shutting Long Lane down after years of criticism
that it was too
old and unsafe. A source involved in the case said that the payments
- which Alibozek
has described and which are under investigation - involved "hundreds
of thousands
of dollars" in checks, cash and American Eagle gold bullion coins.
Federal prosecutors filed a document in court Monday that described
their investigation
in only the most general terms. The document, which formed the basis
of Alibozek's
guilty plea, does not name any other conspirators.
Rather, it accuses
Alibozek of conspiring with unnamed others to accept illegal payments
from a contractor
in return for steering contracts that fell under the jurisdiction of
the state Department
of Public Works and the state Department of Children and Families.
The
document describes that contractor as "Entity A." Federal
prosecutors
allege in the document that Alibozek and unnamed others collected
kickbacks through
a state-registered, Limited Liability corporation called TREA, LLC.
According to a person familiar with the allegations, Ellef is a silent
partner in
TREA, a landscaping company investigators suspect was set up to take
payments -
