Why do they NEED to hire 23 yo art history majors? There are PLENTY of 2 year
programs in Community Colleges which have majors in the *Human Services.* And
there is certainly no dearth of Psychology and Sociology majors from 4 yr
colleges.

Why aren't these young ladies parents?

The MSW candidates I trained were QUACKING IN THEIR BOOTS at the thought at
teaching parenting techniques to inner-city mothers. They were sufficiently
grounded enough to KNOW that their textbook knowledge wasn't sufficient
training.

Well, I like the FACT that DCF caseworkers have a SECOND JOB WHILE THEY'RE
BEING PAID (ON THE CLOCK) for supposedly working for DCF.

Must be lots collusion between cw's and supervisors to permit that to continue.

NJ DYFS caseworkers somehow, could just not VISIT the murdered twins' family,
either.

It explains why DCF and DYFS target less serious cases: they are the only
families available to be interviewed.

It also explains the prevalece of sexual abuse cases. The Moms are not
employed and their world is dedicated toward proving and validating *sexual
abuse* by the employed Father.

BTW, University of New Hampshire Center for Crimes against Children documents a
significantly lower Sexual Abuse rate within the populace.

Boy, these change-agents seem EFFECTIVE IN THEIR MISSION. (not)

http://www.CPSWatch.com/fl/ New site to help families who are targeted by DCF
(well---like for having a *fat * child.

Why isn't DCF effective? Why do they pick on FAT FAMILIES?
