J., would it surprise you if I told you I scanned it and thought it
would be really interesting but I couldn't stick with it tonight? Too
sleepy. I'll check it out thoroughly in the am - and good to put a
face to a name after all these years!

Looks like fun, but I've just not got the attn span today to read
through it all. Too much turmoil in my life these days.

Wow...have you been busy! Looks like you had a great time...
I just scanned through it--<BG> yeah, think of that, someone with ADHD not
making it through on the first try <g>...will look more closely later...
You mentioned a GPS....did you try Geocaching? http://www.geocaching.com/
Our Boy Scouts have done so (sharpens their Navigating skills)...it can be
fun...
Oh, has anyone suggested that for a later vacation that you try cruising
down to the Florida Keys (yeah, I know--a bit more of a drive for you <BG>)
for the Hemingway Days festival? http://www.fla-keys.com/hemingwaymedia/
After seeing you and your blog, you might enjoy it.....

Yeah, I've located a few caches nearby. Was thinking about trying
caching across Labrador but one thing led to another and it didn't
happen this time.

Hmm. That's a thought. Next year though I'm going to tackle Labrador
again. I feel like it's beaten me and I'm not ready to let it win.
Route 66 is also on the list.

<BG> Going to "get your kicks" eh? I have been on some portions of that old
Route...some of the old towns and cities have some neat "stuff" that one
does not truly see when driving 70 mph+ on I-40 <sigh>
