delusions of grandeur, running of the mouth and shortness of pants?

We know at the beginning it will be difficult, we have seen that
before, that is normal. Rest assured that with our group here, some
of us will be able to decipher what the heck is going on with you. I
personally would like to support you, but I am just too god darn busy
with everything.
It is obvious though that your problem is more than even we can do
anything with. Perhaps you should consult a specialist, or a
headshrinker. Now what I mean. :)
