This is an update.
In 2000, I went totally plant-based.
In 2005, my bum came back up (my retroflexed pelvis went level again).
Ever since then, my back has been straightening.
Each year, it has felt better than since I was 20, and this year was no exception.

21 years after going vegan: left sacrum popped a little further up; lower back really locking into an almost exstatically-good capability of arching all directions.
