What an absolutely gorgeous day it turned out to be, today.
Sunny, just a light breeze, temps in the low 70's and it doesn't get
more perfect than that!
Was out the door at 7:30 a.m. which is very early for me.
Took the van in to get an oil change, new rear brakes/rotors, charge the
A/C to make sure it is working well, and had them also do a few other
small tasks.
When I left the car repair place, went to the bank, stopped at the
store, stopped and got gas, drove back to my town and went to Sam's Club
(I was out of my greek yogurt - lol) and picked up a few things.
Hope and unpacked the groceries, made a couple of phone calls, and then
took a nap! ROFL
Really enjoyed being out and about, today, in such gorgeous weather!
Hope the rest of you enjoyed equally as gorgeous weather and hope you
all had a good day.

So glad you had such nice weather Donna. :-) We did too, for the last few
days. I'm happy. :-) We're supposed to have nice days for about the next
6 days, except for the low chance of having rain for 2 days. I don't care.
We need it too. Wow, you sure got a lot done. That's great. We went for a
walk in the woods again, a long walk. Saw a lot of beautiful trees, shrubs,
flowers, etc., blooming, lots of birds and squirrels. LOL Some dogs, a lot
of people walking, but no deer yet. I hear sad things about the deer here.
They are running out of food and going to other parts of Windsor looking for
food, but they have to cross a busy road to do it. Many of them are not
making it across and the ones that do, we don't know if there's enough food
for them there either. :-( More and more houses are being built in this
area and just driving the deer, fox, and even coyotes out of the woods near
us. So sad. We're planning another long walk this afternoon. Hope the
weather stays nice. Have a wonderful weekend and, hopefully, somewhat
pain-free.

today. Very windy too.. Gloomy, cloudy day. When I checked the temp last
it was up to 73.. It doesn't feel like that kind of temp in my Apartment
though.. Probably due to the wind finding every crack possible.. it had
stopped raining hard for a minute earlier.. I haven't been out of my
Apartment since last Saturday.. I walk to the window and look out
frequently, and I walk my Treadmill.. I am glad you had a nice enjoyable
outing when you ran your errands.. Moe

I'm so sorry it's rainy and gloomy for you, Moe. :-( I like the rain some
times, but usually more at night, to go to sleep by. I hope you can get out
of your apartment very soon and enjoy some needed sunshine. I also hate the
high winds, especially when I'm outside. Please take care of yourself.

sick.. this went on for years.. Then it really hit me.. I would be out
in the Sun and would have to call someone to come get me or take a Cab
home..

weather is suitable.. For me to do lots of waling I would have to have
my Rollator with me, especially if it is a store or mall that doesn't
have carts that I can push and use as my support.. Some days I have to
use my Cane In my Apartment when my knees really go crazy.. Not enough
adequate space to use my Rollator in the Apartment..

My walking has deteriorated completely.
Have to use a walker in the house, and a chair out in the world.
Lucky to have them, or I'd be stapled to my recliner.
Do miss gardening.

Thank you so much Moe. I feel so bad for you. :-( I know what you mean
when you say you need the support of a cart to push, etc. Some times I need
that too, but not always. Some times I just have to walk slower or actually
stop for a few second or a min., like today. Thank you. We love to walk
especially on nice days like we've been having and into the woods. I wish
