Sue, I don't know if your aware of this but we have a three disease limit here.
If you go over that limit you have to stand in line and return the extra
diagnoses. The line is over there ----------->>>>
It's usually a long, slow line so I recommend not going over the limit in the
first place.

Hi Kitty,
I appreciate the articles. I find them very helpful. When I was reading
the above, I stopped cold. I have been having a bear of a time with
achilles tendanitis and was shocked to see it on your arthritis list. Do
you, or does anyone else know how this connects? What have you been doing
about it? I've been icing it three times a day and massaging it according to
a regimine taught to me by a fitness trainer. I have a scar tissue nodule
and he tells me that the circular massage technique combined with cold
compress three times a day and careful stretching will return it to full use
and eventually break up the scar tissue. Apparently, the surgical
techniques do not work well as the incisions can leave scaring which can
form the bumps and lead to tendinitis (isn't this where we started?)
Anyway, it seems to be working but comes back with a vengace(the pain) if
I'm not careful--like when I drive long distance--or when I crash land my
parachute--or when I sit too long at a desk (oddly enough these last two
produce the same pain) :-)
Anyway, thanks for the good info--keep it up.
God bless,
John Walker
