I post every year or so.
I don't look back to see what scoffers say.
My back is better again than it's ever been since I was 22.
I went low-fat VEGAN in 2000.
In 2005 my pelvis retroverted to level, again, and since then my back is steadily recovering it's arches- the small of the back is the most important arch. So awesome to be able to twist and bend
