Hi

I have a friend who adopted a girl in 1986, The sister of the adopted child
has found out her address and who adpoted her from either a social worker or
the adoption agency. Is this legal, my friend thought that the adoption
files work sealed for 75 years or untill the child is 18 years of age

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
