Crawford makes some bad calls against ALL teams that he refs...but he

What's really sad is we even know the ref's name. Like you said,

I don't know what was said right then, but the fact
that the NBA hasn't fired Joey Crawford and Dick Bavetta
by now pretty much says it all about their commitment to
the integrity of the game.
There's a reason why the NCAA Tournament RUTSes the NBA.
