Bad day for some of my close family friends and neighbors, as one of our
members suffered a heart attack today. My thoughts tonight are with their
family, and I hope you come through Al.

I'm not going to be posting for a day or so, I'm pretty shook up.

Agreed, we all have been aging since we stopped paying attention after
hitting 21. Unfortunately these kind of things will creep up on us.
Hopefully he makes a full recovery.

News so far is good I guess. He's stable, had an angioplasty today.
I've calmed back down and am ok.
