ASVS will be moving to the web

it's course. Usenet is declining in popularity and usage. ASVS is a
ghost town. Thus, I will be starting a web based board hopefully this
month called Club ASVS. I have registered the domains ClubASVS.net and
ClubASVS.com. Both will get you to the same place. It will be as lightly
moderated as I can get away with. It will include all of what made ASVS
great in it's golden age without the heavy-handed tactics many other
boards employ. You will be able to discuss, fight, pontificate, etc any
way you would like. You will stand soley on the merit or your arguments.
Make your arguments well, or be mocked. No hiding behind mods or admins.
The only things that can get you banned are things that will get ME in
trouble. (Threatening the President, advocating pedophilia, linking
child porn, etc. That shit will get you permabanned) This site will be
hosted in the US, so we won't have to deal with Thoughtcrime laws like
the boards hosted in Canada or Britain have to contend with. You can
express any opinion you like without fear of censorship. I wanted to
have this online for the 28th, the 12th anneversary of ASVS, but it
might not happen that soon. I will post an update as soon as the site is
online.
