The year is 2162. One year has passed since the founding of the United Federation of Planets. More starships are being constructed at Earth still recovering from the Romulan War.
One of the remaining ships; the USS Atlas is tasked to explore a section of the Alpha Quadrant that has not been charted yet.
What will the crew of the Atlas encounter? Will they meet new species that will become part of the Federation? Will they encounter possible hostiles? Time will tell.
