Not at the minute, plus with the News of Star Trek The Mag closing down for
good in April, the souce for new star trek material has died complety along
with the Fact Files.

I think you will never get plans of this ship, They still to this day have
not released any plans of Voyager.
Your best bet is Fan created meaterial.
