MIS,Overall: Runs April 10th to April 24th
Awards Close at 12:01am. Results arrive April 29th
I'm thankful to everyone who commented on my stories; I appreciate the
feedback more than you know.
One question to Stephen, et. al. -- will you eventually post the full
voting placements and/or numbers?
Thanks again!

Woohoo!
This was my first published TOS thing, and my first filk. I'm very glad
people appreciated it.

We've never posted the full placements, instead the full list of all those
that are voted on is posted as the Newsgroup Would Like to Recommend Posts.
It is my belief that posting more than the poduim finishers gets away from
the feedback purpose of the Awards. In fact, for the first 2 years of the
Awards, we just posted the list of all that got voted, and then a list of
those that won first place.

Stephen,
The "Newsgroup Would Like to Recommend " posts have never shown up on my
newsreader, although I have seen replies to them, so I know you've posted them
. . . I'm off now to search google for them, but I thought you'd like to know
that they're missing in action (at least for this aol-user)

You would have received them via e-mail if you had been a member of
ASC_Awards. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ASC_Awards
Wow! I can't believe that I got a second place, that is really great. Thanks
so much to everyone who voted for my story, and also appreciative thanks to
the hardworking awards organisers.
Invicta
...and especially to sweepster monkee, whose "Just Plain Mean" made me
laugh so hard last year I almost passed out.
(sorry I didn't vote. I'm a chicken head with the protocols. Otherwise
you and Analiyah would have gotten some)

That doesn't inspire me much confidence for the future of my series, then.
