VOY March 1-14 2001 Stories Posted to ASC

2001 ASC Award year. I know, I know. I'm terribly late. Real Life and all
that...in fact, the observant ones will note that Seema has graciously assumed
the job since the beginning of February 2002. I'm just finishing my commitment
to the newsgroup.
All authors, please check over this list to make sure your story posted
originally to the ASC in this month appears. If you posted towards the end of
the month and it isn't there...don't panic. Since about 90% of most of the 2001
year lists were collected from the ASCL Stories-Only list, it may show up in
next month's list. Check over the "Vote Category" notations, especially. I
expect to put your story in the first one listed, although I have alternates in
case the first category is a no-go. An unstated additional category in all
cases would be "general story," where stories will end up if I can't find a
more precise category for it. The formal check ballots will be out in a few
days (I hope!).
A note about categories: I used the term "Post-Voy" this year instead of
"Return Stories." With the end of the series, it just seemed a better tag. It's
the same category, however. "AQ Homefront" stories are primarily about the
folks Voyager left at home. "Lower Decks" stories have the non-major staff as
primary characters. A Joe Carey story would be a Lower Decks story. I MAY do a
"Suite" category this year, a la the GO's on ASCEM. It depends on whether there
will be enough of them to be a separate category. If anyone has three or more
linked stories they would prefer to have considered as one for ASC voting
purposes this year, please let me know by contacting me at jamel...@aol.com.
An example of a suite would be Rocky's "Payments Series." She already let me
know she wants them to be considered one entity for the voting.

EnginEAR is an engineer, blueboy is a male Bolian (sp?), and gabbygrl is just
some female crewmember. If you want to know who the other people are, it's at
the end of the story along with explanations of where I got the names from than
I must've been on something...
